Sunrise Appraisal Services is led by a state-certified residential real estate appraiser with a strong foundation in East Tennessee’s property markets. With extensive experience in valuing homes, land, and rural properties, every assignment is approached with precision, care, and a commitment to delivering reliable results.

The appraiser holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Colorado State University, graduating cum laude, with a minor in Accounting. In addition to state certification, the appraiser also holds the Home Measurement Specialist (HMS) designation—demonstrating advanced expertise in ANSI-compliant measuring standards and floor plan documentation.

Clients include homeowners, attorneys, lenders, and real estate professionals seeking support for purchases, refinances, estate matters, and legal proceedings. Reports are known for being well-supported, clearly presented, and delivered with responsive communication and professional integrity.
